Our present beliefs, habits, mannerisms and thought patterns are the result of past ‘programming’ into our subconscious mind from our parents, family members, teachers and various other sources. Unexpressed emotions, fear and our beliefs can hold us back in life, from living the life we want and from feeling happy. The subconscious mind holds our memories, information, emotions and our creativity; neuroscientists are now stating that the subconscious mind makes up approximately 95% to 98% of our mind (the conscious mind being the rest), which is massive! The subconscious mind is resistant to change because once it learns something, it tends to resist change until the changes are made in the subconscious again.
